The main building is an 18th Century farmhouse which has belonged to the same family for five generations. It constitutes one of the most attractive riding schools of the region and at present can boast a very enviable clientèle.

The buildings are in perfect condition and have been regularly refitted during recent years. The construction of the farm body in a horseshoe faces south. Therefore, there is generous sunshine. The farm has four lodgings: a small flat on the ground floor, a big flat en duplex (two floor flat), with entrance from the road, a flat with two rooms on the first floor and a flat with four and a half rooms on the second floor. A fine orchard with cherry and plum trees as well as a well-wooded garden with cabin (wooden house) embellish the outside of this traditional country building.
The inner stables, part of the body of the farm, can provide for fourteen horses.

A villa adjacent to the farm is composed of a car cover, a ground floor entrance, an entrance hall, a big room presently fitted out as a dormitory to receive the pupils of the riding camps, high quality cupboards and wall shelves, a covered closed terrace used as a Carnotzet or refectory. An oak staircase goes up to the first and the second floor.
On the first floor ther is a living room with a swedish stove in the corner, an office, W.C., kitchen with door of access from the bridge of the barn, a cellar.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a shower +W.C., a bathroom, a workshop with access by the barn bridge.

The riding school is made up as follows:

-a concrete surrounded dungheap 12 m. by 12 m.

-a roundpen, 18 m in diameter enclosed by American barriers.
-2 meadow boxes
-1 dressage-paddock 18 m x 36 m cloistered by American barriers.
-numerous parks for relaxing.

The riding school was built in 1994 with dimensions of 20 x 40 m, ground of Fontainebleau sand. It has an exterior door 4 m by 4 m, a service door, a gable-roof of 6 m, 40 m long.
A cafeteria can welcome twenty people, towards the stand. The riding school building possesses, also, in the prolongation of the indoor training track, a stable with six boxes, all with central corridor, windows, the boxes with sliding separations to facilitate up-keep. Furthermore, one stabling-sheds may be transformed into two supplementary boxes.

This riding centre can house at present about 30 horses.

The total area of the property is nearly 50,000 m2, of which about 46,000 m2 are fields and meadows.
